By using the services of Spares Desk Logistics LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Spares Desk Logistics LLC provides freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics services. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in individual service agreements or quotes.

2. Quotations

All quotes provided are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, and customs duties at destination. We reserve the right to revise quotes if material information changes after acceptance.

3. Liability

While all shipments are fully insured as standard, our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods or the insured value, whichever is lower. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, acts of nature, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

4. Prohibited Items

Clients are responsible for ensuring that goods comply with all applicable laws. We do not accept shipments of prohibited, illegal, or hazardous materials as defined by international shipping regulations.

5. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed in individual service contracts. Approved business accounts may be eligible for 30 or 60-day credit terms. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UAE, UAE.
